Our commitment to a
healthy environment
Our chalets and campsite are in a unique setting on Lago di Dobbiaco: Immerse yourself in the UNESCO World Natural Heritage site of the Dolomites and in the two natural parks of South Tyrol - the Tre Cime (Three Peaks) and Fanes-Senes-Braies.
It is important that this area be preserved. For this reason, we do what we can.
Come over to the green side, we have nature
Renewable energy:
Use of a wood chip plant for energy production.
Nature inside and out:
Cooperation with local companies and use of sustainable and local materials
Made in South Tyrol:
- Regional products, some from organic farms, for sale in our shop
- Various types of bread, flour and biscuits from the Demeter-certified partner company "Feichterhof"
- Wines on sale in the winery from organic or biodynamic cultivations
- The mountain spring water of the Dolomites is among the best in the Alpine region
Ecological:
- No trees have been felled for the construction of the chalets, in the interest of preserving a naturally healthy woodland heritage
- People are encouraged to walk or use electric quad bikes to get around the area
- Use of bio cleaning products
- Separate collection of waste according to clear instructions

Looking towards the horizon: The lake, woods, and nature.
The SkyView Chalets are in perfect harmony with their natural environment and are almost invisible from Lago di Dobbiaco. The twelve glass and wood cubes are designed to be neither out of place nor unsightly, but rather as a living space in a green setting. Developed by the architect Paolo Scoglio, they are based on a key visionary, innovative and sustainable concept.
The straight lines of the structures offer a sense of security while the interiors are warm and welcoming, and the glass roof affords a limitless view of the starry sky to satisfy the imagination and ensure a wonderful night's sleep. All the materials came from the area, like also the craftsmen and companies who brought to fruition this ambitious project based on a simple design.
The desire for freedom is combined with absolute comfort to create a unique environment where privacy, nature and tranquillity are the main priorities.
